You have to go into the Candar Castle...look around and you'll go into a garden...there're 2 people in the garden 1 male 1 female...d male is Ulric... |

If you go into the castle and go to the opening to the top left....then follow the path around and you'll find a door and opening..go thru the door (left) and you'll find him there in the garden. |
